Blood+ is the best man! The story is so interesting that I always ask myself why Blood+ episodes aren’t aired everyday>.< So much suspence! d(^.^)b
We recently affiliated with AnimeCodes.com, a great source for music and media for forums, communities, or your own anime site. They have tons of songs from quite of a few anime series. I found myself reminicing through all the songs, thinking about the stories and adventures of each anime. It is definetly worth checking out, so go take a look @ Anime Codes.
Gantz is an anime that leaves you thinking, “Wow! They can get away with that?” I can see why Japan even considered to censor some of it since it delved into horrific violence, body dismemberment, nudity, and cussing galore. This anime is a must-see for anyone who loves high octane action thrillers. Just be prepared for a DVD with only 2 episodes instead of the usual 3-5 episodes on most DVDs.
OtakuSource.com has been having great success with affiliates, and we now have a steady traffic flow of 850 unique visitors a day with roughly 4000 hits coming in. With this steady flow, I’m trying to focus more on the reliability of the website. This includes, but is not limited to, keeping the videos up to date, checking to confirm most videos are still online, and adding more content. Although we already 10,000 episodes with over 320 series, maintaining these has becoming an issue for just myself.
If you think your up to helping out around the site, send me an email at admin@otakusource.com.
I’m not going to set any guidelines or requirement, so try to sound convincing!
Thanks guys, and thank you, the viewers!
Although we where able to recover Bleach, it seems To Love-ru and One Peice are down for the count. I may have to readd them both manually sometime this weekend. On a brighter note, Gantz, Love-Hina, Elfen Lied, and Chobits have been added to the database; Some nice classics to lighten my mood from losing the enormious amount of work I put into added One Peice to the database. <sigh> Can’t be helped.
Enjoy Love Hina, Elfen Lied, Gantz, and Chobits.

The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya
2006’s most astonishing, surprising, and amazing title release. Strongly backed by the freshness and uniqueness of the story’s delivery, it utterly took the anime community by storm (and left alot of Harutards upon its wake ^^). In this sense, The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya truly deserves to be on the podium for piquing the interest of anime fans worldwide. Cheers to the cast of this wacky and uber-memorable series!
I can’t recall ever watching an anime that was as intelligent and funny as “Melancholy.” The non-linear arrangement of episodes in a series is usually a tool that is grossly misused, however, in Melancholy it is put to sheer perfection. On top of the amazing writing and directing, it’s impossible to overlook the high quality of animation, music, and characters. There’s a reason why this series has been such a cult classic.
Due to upgrading my database a few days ago, Bleach and to Love-Ru have simply vanished. Luckily, I’m in the process of extracting them from a backup of my old database. Expect them to be back up soon, and please ignore the annoying the 404 errors if your trying to reach bleach episodes.
Expect an update tonight!
